Unit 106 is a large live work studio featuring an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. Unit 106 has a private exterior entrance.

We are building a sustainable, live/work community for artists of all disciplines. We offer simple living in an environment supportive of creative pursuits through the sharing of resources and experiences. Our mission is to foster a culture of artistic excellence where artists can continue to grow personally and professionally with beautiful, historic Trinidad serving as the backdrop. A one-time application fee of $35 will be charged to each applicant.
